Our aim is to make the whole process of getting a mortgage go as smoothly as possible.
To achieve this, you’ll be allocated your own dedicated consultant, who will handle your case from initial enquiry all the way through to completion. They will liaise with the lender, solicitor, and valuer and manage the process all the way through.
Plus they’ll keep you updated by phone, email, or by post, whichever you prefer.
Of course, we can’t guarantee that a problem won’t occur along the way but what we can guarantee is that we will try to anticipate any issues, and if a problem does occur, we’ll do everything in our power to put it right as quickly as we can, keeping you fully informed at all times.
