Our Fees

Your initial consultation is free and there is no obligation to use our services. Once we’ve established your eligibility for a mortgage, a fee of £100 will be payable when you apply. At completion of the mortgage, a fee of £895 will be charged. In addition, we will be paid a fee by the lender. Full details of our fees and service will be put in writing to you. There is no charge for our insurance services.
